Organize medications across multiple storage locations
Share cabinet access with authorized family members

SafeCabinet aggregates and displays information provided by users and publicly available sources to help users monitor the status of medications. SafeCabinet is an informational tracking tool and does not replace professional medical or pharmaceutical guidance.

2. No Medical Advice

SafeCabinet does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information presented within the Service, including:

expiration alerts
recall notices
medication information

is provided for informational purposes only. Users should consult a licensed pharmacist, physician, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any questions about medications. You should not rely solely on SafeCabinet alerts when making decisions regarding the use, storage, or disposal of medications.

3. Recall Information Disclaimer

SafeCabinet may display recall notices or alerts based on publicly available data from sources such as government agencies.

These alerts:

may not include every recall
may not include all lot numbers or product variations
may not reflect the most recent updates at all times

A match between a medication in your cabinet and a recall notice does not guarantee that your specific medication is affected.

Users should review official recall notices and consult a pharmacist or healthcare provider for guidance.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

ensuring the accuracy of information entered into your cabinet
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
verifying important medication information when necessary
making independent decisions regarding medication use or disposal SafeCabinet does not verify user-entered data.

5. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

provide accurate account information
keep your login credentials secure
promptly update any changes to your information

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Family and Shared Access

SafeCabinet may allow users to share a cabinet with family members or other authorized users.

When you grant access to another user:

they may view and interact with cabinet information
they may receive alerts related to the shared cabinet

You are responsible for managing who has access to your shared cabinet. SafeCabinet is not responsible for actions taken by other authorized members.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms will be presented within the application or through the applicable app store.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the platform’s policies. Payments are processed through the relevant app store provider (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), and their billing terms may apply.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse the Service
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
interfere with the operation of the Service
upload malicious or harmful content
use the Service for unlawful purposes

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

your use poses security risks

You may delete your account at any time.
